Many thanks to WEGO Health for inviting me to parcipate in this challenge. Below is a recap of the past month.
What I enjoyed most:
Writing to YOU every day. I normally post once a week and it was so nice to sit down every day to write. I am not sure if I can keep this pace up. After all, I did not need to select my own subject matter. We shall see.
Reading other e-health activists posts every day and getting to know them a bit better. I hope you did, too. They're great!
What I enjoyed least:
Posts that included an exercise, such as the Word Cloud (April 25) and H.E.A.L.T.H. Acronym (April 28), were fun, but did not make for the best reading.
My favorite prompt:
This was easy: April 16 -- Life Goal. This was not my favorite for it's subject matter, but because when I tweeted a link to this post and tagged my childhood idol, Shaun Cassidy, he read the post and tweeted me back. Swoon!
This was a great experience and I hope to participate next year. Search #HAWMC on Twitter to read the recaps of other e-health activists. Until next week.
